Hazardous handling fee applies to units with urine/vomit.

We go ahead automatically if repair cost is under $275 ($500 for vintage synths, large digital pianos and digital mixing consoles).
If above $275 ($500 for vintage synths, large digital pianos and digital mixing consoles), we contact you for approval.
If declined, diagnostic fee covers assessment.

Standard labour charge per hour of repair.

Available upon request.
Diagnosed within 3 business days (if approved).
Completion not guaranteed if parts or service information is required.
Not available for intermittent faults or liquid damage.

Additional $30 fee for written estimates for insurance purposes.

Applies if booked under warranty but fault is not covered or if there is no fault found.

90-day warranty on performed work & replaced parts only.
Excludes liquid-damaged items.

While every care is taken, Sound Check Electronics accepts no responsibility for damage or loss while in care.

Goods accepted as-is upon collection.
Concerns must be raised before leaving premises.

After 30 days: storage fee may apply.
After 3 months: may be sold to recover costs.

Additional time billed at $120/hour (15-min increments).
